What data formats do you accept?
Specifically CSV and Excel spreadsheets(.xls and xlsx.) Other formats will need to be discussed.
Do you clean data or should I clean it first?
No. Data cleaning is part of my packages by default. Just send over the data and discuss with me what you'd like analyzed.
How long will it take?
Depends on the package. Basic is at 4 day delivery, Standard at 7, with Premium at 10.
If I need to communicate with you, how do I do so and when?
You can message me directly on Fiverr at any time, however I do typically respond within 2 to 4 hours during business hours (South African time, GMT+2). For urgent questions, I will prioritize quick responses.
