Yes. To keep your running costs transparent, you will need to provide your own API keys (like OpenAI or Anthropic). I will guide you on how to get them and set them up securely.
Where will the chatbot be hosted, and are there extra costs?
For Telegram and Discord bots, the code needs to run on a cloud server. I will deploy the bot to a free or very low-cost hosting platform. The hosting and API token costs are paid directly by you.
Can the chatbot answer questions using my company files?
Yes. If you choose the Standard or Premium package, I will set up a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. The bot will be able to read your PDFs, TXT files, FAQs, or website links to answer questions accurately.
Do you write custom code or use platforms like Botpress?
I can do both. By default, I write custom bots in Python for maximum flexibility. However, if you prefer to have the bot built on platforms like Botpress, Voiceflow, or ManyChat, just let me know.
