What do I need to send you to get started?
Your book title, author name, genre, a short synopsis, and 2-3 covers you like (Amazon links work best). If it is a series, send the earlier covers too. Please spell the title and author name exactly as you want them printed.
What size and file format is the ebook cover?
I deliver the front cover at 1600 x 2560 px (Amazon's recommended size, 1:1.6 ratio) as an RGB JPG. It is designed to stay clear and readable as a small thumbnail in Amazon search results.
Can you make covers for Google Play Books and Apple Books too?
Yes. The Premium package includes versions for both, sized for each store (Apple Books usually uses a different aspect ratio). On Basic or Standard, you can add them with the extra service on this gig.
Do you also design paperback or hardcover covers?
Yes. You can add a matching KDP paperback full wrap cover with the extra service (send your trim size and final page count). For hardcover or bigger print projects, please message me before ordering so I can send a custom offer.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3 and Premium 4. A revision means changes to the chosen concept (text, colors, layout, imagery). A completely new direction counts as a new concept. Extra revisions can be added.
How long does delivery take, and can I get it faster?
Basic is delivered in 2 days, Standard in 3 and Premium in 4, counted from when I receive your book details. If you are in a hurry, add the Extra Fast Delivery option to your order.
How many design concepts will I see?
Basic includes 1 concept, Standard 2 and Premium 3. You choose the one you like best and I refine it with your revisions. Want to compare more options? Add an Additional Design Concept.
Can I use the cover commercially? Are images and fonts licensed?
Yes. I only use fonts and images with a commercial license that covers book covers, so you can use the final cover for your book on Amazon KDP and other retailers. Please do not send images you do not have the right to use.
What files will I receive? Do I get a 3D mockup and the source file?
You receive the final cover as a JPG. Standard and Premium also include a 3D mockup for your listing and ads. Layered source files are included in Premium, or can be added as an extra.
