About this gig

Hi! I´ve been a freelance guitarist for 30 years. I've played many different genres and have played the guitar on several records. I have released my own solo-album ("John Oddstein - Playground") This is a jazz/fusion record. I play a lot of pop, rock, blues and country. I often do acoustic guitar both fingerpicking and strumming. I often play kind of classical version of popsongs; i do melody, bass and chord.


I have a lot of guitars; tele, strats, Les Paul, archtops, acoustic guitars in different shapes, dobros, banjos, mandolin, lapsteel, bass, etc


I have a musical theoretical overview; I know all the cords and scales if you want something intellectual! :-)


I also read sheets.


I also have a professional studio with the best equipment.

Hello! My name is John Oddstein Aune and has been working as a musician for almost 30 years. I've been running a studio for 20 years. The studio is professional with all the best equipment. I play several instruments. Mainly guitars in different shapes; electric, acoustic, banjo, dobro and mandolin. I also play the bass, drums and the piano. I've been producing music in different genres; pop, country, blues, rock, etc. My studio is professional with three rooms for recording and great, professional equipment. I offer playing instruments, mixing and mastering.
