What do I need to send you to get started?
A hand sketch, photos, or a PDF of your plan, your measurements, your city and state, and what you’re building. If you only have an idea, message me and I’ll tell you what’s missing.
Can you draw blueprints from my hand sketch or photos?
Yes. Send a sketch, measurements, or photos and I’ll turn them into clean, dimensioned house plans in AutoCAD. I can also do PDF to AutoCAD conversion of old plans.
Are your drawings accepted by the building department?
I draw permit sets with the sheets most building departments ask for. Requirements differ by city, so send me yours and I’ll tell you what applies. Approval is up to your local office.
Do I need a stamp from an architect or engineer?
Some areas require a licensed architect or engineer to stamp drawings. Check with your local building department. I can tell you what to ask them.
Do you do structural drawings, framing and foundation plans?
Yes. I draw foundation plans, floor, wall and roof framing, and structural details. Engineering coordination is included if your engineer needs to review or calculate loads.
Can you draw MEP plans for my project?
Yes. I do electrical, plumbing and HVAC layouts, including panel schedules and system details, for new construction and renovations.
