How's your work process?
You'll be notified once we start working on your order. Two revision stages will occur throughout the project development, one during the sketching phase and one during the furnishing phase. All your revisions will be taken during these stages. After this, the project will be ready for delivery.
How do you quote your projects?
The following information is needed in order to quote all projects: 1- Accurate floor plan 2- Pictures of the actual space 3- Inspirational pictures (5 per area) Style and custom 3D modeling are also factors that have an impact on the final price.
What if my project is a multi-room?
Multi-room projects are quoted differently and strictly need to be custom quoted.
What is a Milestone order?
Milestone orders are for those large-scale projects that can be split into smaller projects. Milestone orders are progressively delivered until the order is finished.
Do you offer any extras?
I do! you can add the following extras to the main order. - 2D architectural drawings - Custom furniture elevations - Shopping list *US and CA customers only. Certain terms apply. - Render tour. *Multi-room projects only. Certain terms apply.
How long will my order take?
All projects are different, for this reason, each project is assigned a custom quote and delivery time.
What if my project does not fit any of the pre-established packages?
Interior design is not an exact science, all projects are different and special projects like yours might need to be custom quoted by our team.
What is the best package for my project?
If you're unsure on which package best fits your project, feel free to reach out and I will happily custom quote your project and set a delivery time for it.
Can I subscribe to your Gig?
Indeed! Subscriptions are intended for clients seeking 3 months or 6 months of collaboration. Subscriptions need to be agreed upon so a work plan can be determined.
What happens if I select the wrong package?
If you happen to buy one of my pre-established packages and your project does not fit its requirements, your project will be subject to a package upgrade after being carefully reviewed.
