FAQ
Will you use a template or create my drawing from scratch?
Every drawing is created from scratch based on your specific requirements, measurements, and design intent. I never use generic templates — your project is drafted uniquely to your specs, ensuring accuracy for manufacturing, patent filing, or shop use.
How do you make sure you understand exactly what I need?
Before starting, I send you a structured requirements form to gather all dimensions, materials, standards, and references. If anything is unclear, I message you directly to clarify — I don't guess on technical details that affect production.
What's the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
Basic covers simple single-view drawings for straightforward parts. Standard adds multi-view projections, GD&T tolerances, and editable DWG files — ideal for manufacturing. Premium delivers a complete engineering drawing set including assemblies, BOM, and patent-ready sheets for complex products.
I need this urgently. Can you deliver faster than listed?
Rush delivery is available on all packages for an additional fee. Please message me before ordering with your deadline, and I'll confirm availability. Do not place an order first without discussing a tight deadline — I want to make sure I can deliver on time.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, you'll receive any combination of: PDF (print-ready), DWG (AutoCAD editable), DXF (CNC-ready), STEP, and SolidWorks/Inventor native files. All files are delivery-ready and clearly labeled.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You'll need to share at minimum: a sketch, reference image, or existing drawing; key dimensions and measurements; intended use (manufacturing, patent, furniture, etc.); and your preferred file format and paper size. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate your drawing will be.
I'm not sure which package is right for me. Can you help?
Absolutely — that's what I'm here for. Send me a message describing your project, attach any reference images or sketches, and I'll recommend the right package and give you an accurate quote. No obligation, no pressure — just expert advice.
