Which loan types do you write plans for?
SBA, 7(a), 504 and microloan applications, plus standard bank and commercial loans. Tell me your loan type and lender before ordering and I'll tailor the plan to their requirements.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business description, stage, target market, funding amount and its purpose, plus any existing financials or pricing. I'll send a short questionnaire so nothing is missed.
Do you include the Excel financial model?
The full editable Excel model, with valuation and scenario analysis, is included in the Premium package. Basic and Standard include financial projections within the plan itself.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Always. Your information is never shared and is used only to prepare your plan. I'm happy to work under an NDA on request.
