What information do you need from me?
My intake questionnaire covers it: your offer, who you're writing to, how you sound (casual? formal? funny?), and what you want readers to do. The better your answers, the better the emails.
Which email platforms do you work with?
I deliver finished copy in a clean document - you paste it into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, GoHighLevel, or whatever you use. I don't need access to your account.
Will the emails sound like me or like a template?
Like you. The questionnaire plus revision rounds exist specifically so the copy matches your voice. Generic is the enemy.
Do you guarantee open rates or sales?
No. I write for opens and clicks using structures that work - curiosity subject lines, one idea per email, clear CTAs. But your list quality and your offer do half the work, and I'd rather be honest about that.
How long should my welcome sequence be?
For most businesses: 3-5 emails. One email is fine if you just need a strong first impression. Message me and I'll recommend based on what you're selling.
Can you write ongoing newsletters too?
