For urgent/critical issues, I can typically start within a few hours of ordering. Message me first with details so I can prioritize accordingly.
2. Do you need my WordPress login to fix the issue?
Yes, I'll need WP admin access, and depending on the issue, FTP/cPanel or hosting access too. I'll send a secure info request after you order.
3. What if you can't fix my issue?
If after investigation I determine the issue can't be resolved (rare), you'll receive a full refund — I only ask that you give me the chance to diagnose it first.
4. Do you take backups before making changes?
Always. I create a full backup before touching anything, so we can roll back safely if needed.
5. Can you fix a hacked or malware-infected site?
Yes, for light to moderate infections I can clean and secure your site. For severe/complex hacks, I'll let you know if specialized security services are needed.
6. I don't know what's causing the issue — can you still help?
