Do I need to give you access to my site?
Yes, I'll need WordPress admin access (and FTP/cPanel if the issue requires server-level access). Please send credentials through Fiverr's secure system, not in open chat.
What page builders / themes do you work with?
I work with standard WordPress, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg, and most popular themes. If you're not sure whether your site is compatible, just message me with your site URL and I'll check.
Can you fix my site if it's currently broken/offline?
Yes — send me the error message or a screenshot, and I'll let you know what's likely causing it before you order, so we're both clear on scope.
What counts as "one edit"?
One focused change: installing/configuring a single plugin, one design adjustment, one bug fix, adding/removing one block or section. If you have several unrelated changes, message me first — I'll scope it as a combined order with one clear price.
How fast can you start?
Usually within an hour of your message, once I have the details and access I need. Most single-edit orders are delivered within 1–2 days.
Do you provide a warranty on the fix?
Yes — if the specific issue I fixed reoccurs shortly after delivery, I'll take another look at no extra charge.
Can you make ongoing changes as I need them, not just a one-time fix?
