Do you shoot in bad weather?
Yes, I will shoot during the daylight hours, regardless of the weather, so long as quality can be maintained. I travel long distances, and I have a full schedule of shoots. This means that I must adhere to my own booking system, for workflow efficiency. "Good Weather" scheduling by request is extra
Is Same Day 24 hour delivery guaranteed?
Shoot time is dependent on weekly schedule availability, and weather permitting. I do shoots daily, and travel long distances. Your order will need to be scheduled, however, my output workflow is designed to maximize speed of delivery. 24 hours from time scheduled, unless 1 day rush job is ordered.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes, in case of a booking emergency, I may be able to reschedule or fit you into a truly same day booking for a rush shoot & delivery. However, there are no guarantees and there will be an upcharge applied. Travel upcharge as well. Custom order will need to be placed for "front-of-the-line" booking
Do you do multiple properties at a time?
Yes, with my other gig offer. Property managers, realtors, and developers with multiple properties are encouraged to choose my clustered multi property package for exterior "drive by shooting". These will be unscheduled, and handled with my daily schedule availability. Fast onsite delivery promise
Will you travel outside of DFW?
Yes, travel outside of DFW for additional mileage / overnight charged at checkout. Each order includes a 50 mile radius from the Rockwall, TX area. However, I travel frequently and my starting point changes often. I will travel the entire North Texas and Oklahoma region for additional fees.
Do you do retouching?
Yes, for an extra fee and a delayed delivery. This is because my service is designed primarily for speed and efficiency, which is slowed down in the retouching process. I specialize in fast delivery for last minute projects. High-resolution jpegs using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with 200MP sensor.
Do you create instant online property ad promos?
Yes! I include on-site digital ad creation for each property. Recurring campaign placement on the My Local Press network is optional and billed separately via an email link, which gives you a dedicated dashboard to control your campaign metrics and duration. You just provide the property details!
