I will check your windows PC setup and send a plain english fix list

Something on your Windows PC is slow, odd, or "set up by whoever was here before". You want to know what is actually wrong and what to fix first, without letting a stranger remote into the machine.

How it works - no remote access, ever:

1. I send you one read-only script. It only reads settings, says so at the top, and you can open it before you run it.

2. You run it and send me the text file it produces.

3. You get a written fix list in plain words: what I found, why it matters, and the exact click-path or command for each fix, in priority order.

What I look at: startup programs and services, disk and update state, network setup (adapters, DNS, firewall), Defender and BitLocker, remote-desktop and file-sharing exposure, accounts and admin rights.

Good fit: a home-office or small-business PC, a laptop that holds client data, the "office computer" nobody owns.
