An AI agent that answers on WhatsApp or Telegram, calls your APIs and keeps the context of the conversation.
I build the whole piece: the bot, the tools it calls, the database that stores conversations, the scheduled jobs that run in the background, and the server it lives on. That includes the part most tutorials skip, which is getting the number approved by Meta, receiving webhooks and keeping the process alive after a restart.
Stack I use: Node.js or Python, OpenAI or Claude API, the official WhatsApp Cloud API or the Telegram Bot API, Docker on a Linux server.

Do I need my own OpenAI key?
Yes for production, because you keep control of the cost. For the Basic package I can run the test on my key and hand over the code ready for yours.
Will the WhatsApp number be banned?
I use the official Cloud API, with a verified business account and approved templates. Unofficial libraries that connect through QR code are what get numbers banned, and I do not use them.
Where does the agent run?
On your server or on mine during the test. Delivery includes a Docker setup and a README, so you can move it anywhere.
Can the agent hand over to a human?
Yes. It can stop answering, flag the conversation and send a message to your team with the summary.
