What if I don't have exact measurements?
Send what you have plus a reference object (a coin or ruler in the photo helps). I'll tell you if it's enough before we start.
Do you print the part too?
This gig delivers the digital files. I can advise on printing, but shipping a printed part is a separate arrangement.
Which file formats do you deliver?
STL (print-ready) and STEP (editable). Other formats on request.
Can you improve/strengthen the original design?
Yes — since I repair these parts myself, I often reinforce known weak points on request.
Who owns the files?
You do, fully, on delivery.
