How much is the basic video length for each package?
The basic duration is 10 seconds, but you can increase the duration by ordering extra 10 seconds as needed.
What is included in each package?
You will get 2 free revisions, background music, video editing and color correction service.
I need voice over, how do you add to my video?
The Sounding service is free of charge, but I need your voice over audio file. you can record it by yourself or any professional vo artist.
Do you provide a storyboard before shooting?
I will help for a fresh idea or develop your own idea for free, but you can order as extra if you need a visual storyboard and of course I will provide that ASAP.
I need a model for some acts in the video, do you have any model suggestions?
Of course, this service is available as extra if you need a model with her/him face or just male/female hands.
Can the model talk during the video?
No, because this type of animation is made with frame-by-frame photography. So the model is not able to talk.
Where are you based for shipping the products?
I'm based in Armenia, and most of the shipping services are available here like : DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. and shipping services are very fast from most of the countries, usually under 10 days!
I'm unable to ship my product, are you able to make a stop motion video with my product photo/render image/mockup?

I have a subscription box with 20 products in it, how much do you charge for unboxing video?
The basic package is designed for up to 5 products in a box. You can order an extra 5 products if you provide such a subscription box with more products in it.
