What counts as one defined PostgreSQL problem?
One problem has a recognisable symptom or error, an expected result and a finite reproduction or evidence path. Several independent errors, databases, applications or environments require a custom scope.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Diagnosis for the likely cause and next action. Choose Diagnosis and Fix for one bounded correction. Choose Database Rescue for one connected incident with up to three linked symptoms and two selected corrections. Please message me before ordering Standard or Premium.
Can you guarantee that every problem will be fixed?
No responsible engineer can guarantee an unknown system before examining the evidence. I will not guess or apply a risky patch. If the root cause lies outside the package, I will explain it clearly and agree the safest in-scope route with you.
Do you need access to my production database?
No. Standard packages are evidence-first and do not include direct production access. Database Rescue may include buyer-operated Fiverr screen sharing, but you enter all credentials and remain in control. Never send passwords or reusable secrets.
What evidence should I provide?
Provide the exact error, reproduction steps, relevant SQL, schema or migration extracts, EXPLAIN output, bounded logs, related code or configuration, and sanitised test data. Do not send an entire repository, unrestricted production dump or raw log archive unless agreed.
Do you work with SQLAlchemy and pgvector?
Yes, where the issue is at the immediate PostgreSQL/application boundary. This includes SQLAlchemy queries and migrations, roles and permissions, PostgreSQL extensions, and PostgreSQL-level pgvector schema, index or query problems. Broader AI or retrieval-quality work is separately scoped.
Will you deploy the fix or change my live data?
No. I deliver and test the agreed correction against supplied representative material. You remain responsible for production backup, approval, deployment, monitoring and rollback. Production execution can only be considered through a separately scoped engagement.
What if the problem is outside PostgreSQL?
That is still a useful diagnostic result. I will identify the strongest supported cause, distinguish it from downstream database symptoms and give you a clear next action. The Diagnosis package does not promise that PostgreSQL will be the source of the fault.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated revision covers factual correction, clarification of evidence supplied before the cut-off, correction where I misunderstood the agreed problem, or an error in delivered SQL or code. A new symptom, environment, objective or substantial new evidence requires new scope.
When does the delivery period begin?
Fiverr starts the order after required answers are submitted. Work can begin effectively when the problem boundary and evidence are complete. If essential information is missing, I will request clarification and any necessary extension through Fiverr.
