What counts as one defined application fault?
One observable problem or connected symptom chain along one application path—for example, request → Python service → PostgreSQL, queue or model → result. Independent faults, environments or workflows require separate scope.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Technical Diagnosis for findings and next steps. Choose Diagnose and Repair for one diagnosis plus one correction. Choose Application Rescue for one connected workflow, up to three linked symptoms and two agreed corrections. Message first if unsure.
Can you guarantee that every problem will be fixed?
No. I guarantee a disciplined investigation and the stated deliverable, not that every fault is repairable from the supplied evidence. If a safe correction does not fit, I will explain the finding, limitations and safest next step.
Do you need access to my production system?
No. The default is bounded source, logs, screenshots, configuration and non-production test material. I do not request reusable production credentials or unrestricted remote access. During Premium screen sharing, you operate the system.
What evidence should I provide?
Provide error text, reproduction steps, useful timestamps or request IDs, relevant versions, bounded code/configuration files, schema or query details, sanitised logs/screenshots and any non-production test fixture. Remove secrets and unrelated sensitive data.
Which Python and AI technologies can you inspect?
Suitable faults may involve FastAPI, Flask, Django, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, migrations, APIs, queues, background tasks, model or embedding services, structured output and database-backed AI workflows. Exact fit depends on the defined fault and evidence.
Will you deploy the fix or change my live data?
No. Launch packages may deliver tested code, SQL or configuration changes, or precise implementation instructions. You retain control of backups, approval, deployment, monitoring, external-service billing and rollback.
What if the problem is outside Python, PostgreSQL or the AI service?
I will say so plainly and identify the safest next action. A diagnosis remains useful when it locates an upstream infrastructure, frontend, provider or operational cause. Completion does not require the fault to originate inside the advertised stack.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated revision covers factual corrections, clarification of evidence supplied before the cut-off, correction of an error in delivered code, SQL or configuration, or a misunderstanding of the agreed path. New faults, evidence or features are separate scope.
When does the delivery period begin?
The delivery period begins when Fiverr records the required order information and evidence as submitted. If essential material is missing, I will identify it promptly. Substantial new evidence supplied after the agreed cut-off may require a scope change.
