RAG answers can sound convincing when retrieval is incomplete, stale or wrong.
I will prepare one bounded corpus for traceable retrieval, recording what was included, changed and excluded.

What counts as one bounded corpus?
A corpus is bounded by the agreed source set, file types, approximate volume, language and output. A new collection, additional language, materially larger volume or unrelated topic requires a custom offer.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Audit for a sample review and preparation plan; Preparation for one agreed corpus; or Preparation + Validation when you also need a test set, retrieval checks and QA report. Please message me before ordering Standard or Premium.
Which file types can you work with?
Typical inputs are PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV and JSON. Scans, complex layouts, unusual formats, poor OCR or very large files may require a custom offer. Do not send secrets or material you are not authorised to share.
What does retrieval validation include?
Premium uses buyer-approved test questions, expected-source mapping and retrieval checks, including supported, conflicting and deliberately unavailable cases. It tests evidence retrieval, not the wording of a final AI answer or the whole application.
Can you guarantee accurate RAG answers?
No. You own the domain truth, and answer quality also depends on embeddings, search settings, prompts, models and application logic. I identify evidence, conflicts and limitations, but I do not certify factual truth or guarantee final answers.
Do you need production-system access?
Normally no. I prefer supplied files or a controlled export and do not request reusable secrets or unrestricted production access. Any exceptional access must be agreed in advance, least-privilege and limited to the defined task.
Will you build or deploy my RAG system?
No. This Gig does not include application development, embedding generation, vector-database deployment, model configuration or production changes. I can prepare PostgreSQL/pgvector-ready records, but implementation requires a separate offer.
What do the consulting minutes cover?
They cover evidence clarification, preparation decisions, findings and handover. They do not enlarge the agreed corpus, add development work or create extra deliverables. Calls are arranged only when useful; written clarification may be sufficient.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision corrects an omission or misunderstanding within the agreed scope. It does not add new sources, languages, test questions, output formats, processing rules or a different technical direction.
When does the delivery period begin?
Delivery begins when Fiverr starts the order and the required files, scope details and permissions are available. Missing, inaccessible or materially different source material may require clarification, a delivery extension or a custom offer.
