I will speed up your wordpress website and improve core web vitals

About this gig
A slow WordPress site loses sales and rankings before anyone reads a word of it. Google measures it, and so do your visitors.
I run live WordPress and WooCommerce sites commercially, so I optimise for real-world load times on real hardware, not just a nice PageSpeed number that falls apart the moment someone adds to a basket.
WHAT I DO
- Full page caching, object caching and browser caching set up properly
- Image compression and WebP conversion, without wrecking quality
- CSS and JavaScript minification, combining and deferring
- Removing render-blocking resources and unused code
- Database cleanup: revisions, transients, orphaned tables
- Font loading and preload hints
- CDN setup where it actually helps
- LCP, CLS and INP work for Core Web Vitals
WHAT YOU GET
- Before and after PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix results
- A written note of every change made, so nothing is a mystery
- A full backup taken before any work starts
HONEST NOTE
Nobody can promise a green 100 on every site. A bloated theme, a page builder or cheap shared hosting sets a ceiling. I will tell you where your ceiling is and get you as close to it as the site allows, and if hosting is the real problem I will say so.

FAQ
Can you guarantee a 90+ PageSpeed score?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Your theme, page builder and hosting set a ceiling I cannot move without rebuilding the site. What I can promise is a real, measurable improvement and an honest explanation of what is holding the rest back.
Will this break my site or change how it looks?
It should not. Aggressive minification and combining can break sloppy themes, which is exactly why I take a full backup first, test every page after each change, and roll back anything that causes a problem. Your design stays as it is.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin, and hosting access (cPanel, Plesk or SFTP) for the Standard and Premium packages, since caching and database work often needs it. I only use it for the work ordered and you can revoke it as soon as the order is complete.
Do you work on WooCommerce stores?
Yes. WooCommerce needs more care than a brochure site because cart, checkout and account pages must never be cached. I set the exclusions properly rather than switching caching on and hoping. Large catalogues are fine too.
