FAQ
I only have the APK, the source code is gone. Can you get it back?
Usually yes. I decompile the file into Java/Kotlin and resources and rebuild a working Android Studio project. Heavy obfuscation makes it harder - send the file and I will check first.
Will the modified app still install and update?
It installs after re-signing. If the signature changes, users install it as a new app rather than an update - I will tell you before we start if that applies.
