Using n8n, Python and AI , I build: invoice and PDF data extraction to Sheets/Excel, email and messaging workflows, tool integrations (Gmail, CRMs, ERPs like Odoo), automatic reports and dashboards, appointment reminders, AI agents and custom scripts.
I work daily in an accounting firm, so I understand invoices, taxes and admin processes, not just the tech. I'm currently setting up an Odoo ERP for a multi-company group.

FAQ
What invoice formats do you support?
PDF invoices and clear scanned images (JPG/PNG). Very low-quality or handwritten invoices may need manual review. Send me samples first and I'll tell you what to expect.
Where can the extracted data be sent?
To Google Sheets, a database or odoo. Using another system? Message me before ordering and I'll check if it's possible.
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes. I build and install the workflow in your own n8n account (cloud (recomended) or self-hosted). If you don't have one, I'll guide you step by step to create it.
Are there running costs after delivery?
n8n and the AI service are billed directly to you by those providers. The AI cost per invoice is usually very low. I'll explain the expected cost before you order.
Is my data safe?
You can send anonymised samples. I never ask for passwords: you create limited access keys for me. I don't keep your data after delivery.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I fix any issue in my work for 3 days after delivery. The Premium package includes 7 days of support.
