FAQ
What file types do you accept?
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV. I deliver an Excel file by default and can also send a CSV.
Will you find missing emails or phone numbers?
No. This gig cleans and standardizes the data you already have. Missing or invalid values are flagged so you can review them.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a fix if something in the order description was not done correctly. Changes to the scope (new columns, new rules, more rows) require a new order or an extra.
My file has non-US phone numbers. Is that a problem?
Non-US numbers are flagged for review and left unchanged. Message me first if most of your list is international.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I only use your file to complete the order and delete it after delivery.
