About this gig

I have multiple exercise related studies like personal trainer, physical education teacher and soccer coach. So, as you can see, I have a lot of experience. If you buy the gig, I will give you advice in any sport or Fitness activity of your choice.

The extra plan includes a full week routine in any activity you'd like such as gym, running, swimming, biking, home exercises. And, if you'd like, I can integrate any other team sport activities that you do by your side with your friends or teams. After deliver, I'll do one revision (it will take an extra day).
