I build AI systems that do actual work: chatbots that answer from your own documents instead of inventing answers, and agents that run business processes end to end. I run multi-agent AI systems in production for e-commerce every day: catalog generation, order fulfillment, Shopify and supplier APIs. Content is produced by a six-agent pipeline: discovery, research with cited sources, writing, SEO, and an editor agent whose only job is catching hallucinations and unsourced claims. Model selection is tuned per stage to control cost.

Multi-agent AI system that automates a dropshipping operation end to end. Six specialised agents — product research, listing generation, order fulfillment, stock and price sync, customer support, and ad briefs — built on the Claude Agent SDK and integrated with the Shopify GraphQL Admin API and the CJ Dropshipping API. Every agent action is logged to an audit trail, and anything that moves money requires human approval.
