What information do I need to provide to start?
To achieve the best results, I need a 2D floor plan (CAD, PDF, or a clear hand sketch with measurements), photos of the current space, and a few reference images (Pinterest or Instagram) of the style and materials you want.
Does the price include the 3D modeling of the space?
Yes, all my packages include the 3D modeling of the architectural space (walls, windows, floors). However, if the project is exceptionally complex or large, please contact me first for a custom quote.
Can you follow a specific furniture catalog?
I can incorporate furniture that is very similar in style and dimensions to your references. If you require the exact 3D model of a specific designer piece that I don't have in my library, we can discuss the additional cost of modeling it from scratch.
What if I need to make changes after the render is delivered?
Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Revisions include minor changes in colors, textures, or lighting. Complete changes in the architectural layout or furniture after the 3D model has been approved may incur an additional fee.
Do you provide the source file (3ds Max/SketchUp)?
The delivery includes high-resolution images (JPG/PNG). The source file is not included in the standard packages, but you can add it as a "Gig Extra" if you need it for future use.
