Disagreements involving service quality, billing, contractual obligations, professional conduct, or client dissatisfaction required examination of agreements, communications, and supporting records. I assisted with legal correspondence, settlement negotiations, and dispute resolution. My contributions helped ZOË Wellness Center protect client interests, maintain professional accountability, strengthen commercial relationships, and manage legal risks within its wellness operations.
