What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need access to your QuickBooks Online account or the relevant financial records, along with your bank/credit card statements and any other documents needed for the work. I’ll let you know exactly what I need after reviewing your order.
Can you work with my existing QuickBooks Online account?
Yes. I can work with your existing QuickBooks Online records and help organize transactions, reconcile accounts, apply payments, and keep your books up to date.
Can you clean up messy or outdated books?
Yes. I can review your records, identify discrepancies, and help clean up and organize your books. For larger or more complex cleanups, please message me first so I can understand the scope.
Do you handle bank reconciliations?
Yes. Bank and credit card reconciliations are included in the Standard and Premium packages. Additional accounts can also be added as an extra service.
Can you prepare financial statements?
Yes. Financial statement preparation is included in the Standard and Premium packages. This can include reports such as the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Can you handle more transactions than my package includes?
Yes. If you have more transactions than your selected package covers, you can add additional transactions as an extra service. For larger volumes, feel free to message me before ordering.
How long will my bookkeeping take?
Delivery depends on the package you choose. Basic orders are delivered within 3 days, Standard within 5 days, and Premium within 7 days, provided all required information and access are available.
