What is Claude Code and why does it matter for my project?
Claude Code is an AI development tool I use to build your site faster and more reliably. In simple terms, it helps me write clean, well-tested code and catch issues early, which means fewer bugs and a smoother final product for you.
Do I need to already have a website, or can you build one from scratch?
Either works. If you already have a website, I can integrate Claude AI features directly into it (chat widget, automation, etc.).
Will the AI chatbot actually understand my business, or is it generic?
It's customized to your business. I write and tune the prompts specifically around your products, services, FAQs, and tone of voice — so it's not a generic bot giving unrelated answers.
What do you need from me to get started?
For most orders: your business info, a rough idea of what you want the site/chatbot to do, any existing branding (logo, colors), and access details if I'm working on an existing site.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details above). Beyond that, or for future updates, I offer ongoing support and maintenance as an add-on — just message me and I'll quote it based on scope.
