I will analyze application error logs and write a troubleshooting report
Application troubleshooting, SQL investigation and manual QA
About this Gig
Have application errors but need clearer evidence for your developer? I will review a focused, sanitized log excerpt and prepare a troubleshooting report.
My Tier 2 application support background includes log analysis, defect investigation and engineering handoffs. I identify relevant errors, summarize patterns, separate observations from hypotheses, and recommend the next evidence to collect.
Basic covers up to 500 records; Standard 2,000; Premium 5,000. Each package covers one issue, one application, one consistent text/CSV/JSONL format and up to 10 MB. Standard and Premium can compare up to 2 supplied releases or time windows. Error rates require a valid total-request count.
You receive a PDF report and CSV evidence index with record references, limitations and next steps. Supply sanitized logs, the symptom, expected behavior and field meanings. No production login is needed.
This is evidence review, not guaranteed root cause, code fixes, server administration or live monitoring. One revision covers the original logs and question. Delivery is asynchronous, with no on-call coverage.

FAQ
Will you find the root cause?
I will identify supported findings and plausible hypotheses. Logs alone may not prove a cause; I will specify missing evidence.
Can you fix my server or application?
No. This package provides a troubleshooting report and evidence for your team. No code, configuration, rollback or server changes are included.
Can you analyze error-only logs?
Yes, within the input limits. I can report error patterns, but not an overall failure rate without valid total-request data.
Do I need to give you cloud access?
No. These packages use sanitized exported logs. Cloud setup and live dashboard access are excluded.
What if the format is complicated?
Message with a sanitized format example before ordering. Custom parsers and unsupported formats are outside the package.
Can you monitor future logs?
These are one-time excerpt reviews. New logs are new scope; ongoing monitoring and emergency coverage are excluded.
