Can every corrupted video be repaired?
No. If the video data was actually written to the file, it can usually be repaired. If the recording never finished writing (for example the camera lost power right at the start), the footage is not in the file and cannot be recovered. That is why we check first, for free.
How do I send you the file?
Upload the damaged file to Google Drive (or Dropbox / WeTransfer) and send us the share link in a message. If you have a healthy video recorded on the same device with the same settings, include it too. It helps the repair.
Will the repaired video lose quality?
In most cases no. We rebuild the file structure and keep the original video and audio streams, so the quality stays the same as the original recording. If a section of the data is physically missing, that part cannot be restored and we will tell you before you order.
