FAQ
Will my existing Substack posts and subscribers remain when you work on my account?
Yes, the goal is to work around your existing Substack account rather than remove useful content. Any major change affecting Substack posts or subscriber data will be discussed before implementation.
Can you upload, format and schedule my Substack posts?
Yes. Substack post formatting, uploading and scheduling can be included depending on your package and the number of posts provided. Content writing should be discussed separately before ordering.
Can you help with Substack paid subscriptions or monetization?
I can help configure available Substack account monetization or paid-subscription settings where applicable. Approval, payment availability and results remain dependent on Substack and your account eligibility.
Can you connect my domain or other tools to my Substack account?
Where Substack supports the requested integration, I can help with the setup. Please send the domain or tool you want connected before ordering so compatibility can be confirmed first.
Can you help me move from Beehiiv, Mailchimp, ConvertKit or another platform to Substack?
I can assist with Substack migration where the source platform provides exportable content or subscriber data. Please message me first so I can review what can realistically be transferred before you order.
Can you help organize my Substack newsletter for better subscriber experience?
Yes. Your Substack newsletter can be structured with clearer pages, sections, navigation, branding and signup flow. While no specific growth result can be guaranteed, the goal is a more professional and organized reader experience.
