Can you tell me what's wrong before I order?
Message me with the symptom and a sanitized example so I can confirm which package fits. Basic includes the paid diagnosis and fix steps. Standard and Premium include the agreed code changes.
Do you need my accounts or logins?
No. I only need the code. I never need your accounts, logins or credentials, and I won't ask for them.
What if you can't fix it?
If an issue is outside the agreed package, I explain it before expanding scope. If I cannot complete the contracted work, I use Fiverr's resolution process with you.
What if my code turns out to be fine?
Then I tell you that plainly and point you at what's more likely causing your problem, usually data, settings or the environment. I'm not going to manufacture a bug to justify the order.
How do you handle unexpected bugs found during the fix?
I document anything outside the original issue, explain its impact, and stop before expanding the scope. Small related fixes are included when safe. Larger problems get a clear quote and require your approval before I continue.
