I'm Jay (Joshua Manasoko Kolo), a UI/UX and Product Designer in Abuja, Nigeria, with 4+ years across freelance, contract, and part-time roles, spanning research through high-fidelity UI and Figma systems. Do you only design, or can you also help my developers implement it?
I focus on design, not development, but I build everything with handoff in mind: real Figma components, variants, and bound variables (not just flat screens), plus clear documentation so your engineers can build from it without back-and-forth guesswork.
I don't have a design system yet can you build one from scratch?
Yes. This is actually my specialty. I've built full design systems for SaaS/B2B products (see my PayGaps case study), including foundations, components, and patterns your team can trust and reuse across the product, not just isolated screens.
Do you provide ongoing support after project completion?
Yes, I provide post-project assistance to guarantee that the UI/UX design applied fulfills your expectations. I am accessible for discussions, minor edits, and the resolution of any issues that may occur.
Do you design for mobile as well as web?
Yes, I design responsive and multi-platform interfaces, including experience with React Native design systems for teams spanning web and mobile.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (listed per tier), but I'd rather get it right than rush. If something's off from the brief, I'll work with you to fix it within reason before calling it done.
What is needed to get started?
I just need your requirements for the application to know the functionalities needed. Any document and sample of a similar project or desired outcome will be enough.
What format do you deliver your projects in?
1. Create images for review (PDF, PNGs & JPEGs). 2. Source documents. I can develop the screens using the program of my choosing.
