I have over 10 years of professional IT support experience and hold CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications. My focus is straightforward troubleshooting, accurate configuration, and clear communication.
Packages are based on troubleshooting and configuration time.
Correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration can improve email authentication, but does not guarantee that messages will reach the inbox or prevent all messages from being marked as spam.
Not sure which package you need? Message me with a brief description of the problem before ordering.

FAQ
What information will you need?
Please provide your domain name, email provider, a description of the problem, and any relevant error messages. I may also need to know where your DNS is hosted.
Can you work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Zoho?
Yes. I can troubleshoot DNS and business email configurations for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, and other common email providers.
Will you need my password?
Please do not send passwords or MFA codes. If account or administrator access is required, I can guide you through the necessary changes or we can use a remote support session while you remain in control.
Can you guarantee my emails won’t go to spam?
No. I can correctly configure and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and related DNS records, but inbox placement also depends on factors such as sender reputation, message content, sending practices, and the recipient’s filtering systems.
