Do I need to provide a 3D map, drone scan, or CAD model of my site?
Not at all. This is Replay Table’s biggest advantage. The system automatically calculates and builds the 3D site geometry directly from the movement traces in your data. You just provide the logs.
What happens if my GPS data has errors, dropouts, or bad timestamps?
Replay Table is built for real-world, messy data. Our importer runs a validation report that flags bad timestamps, rejects physically impossible jumps, and highlights stale data. The software will tell you exactly when and where your data is acting up rather than letting the 3D replay look broken.
Can I use this on a Mac, phone, or web browser?
The Replay Table desktop viewer is strictly a Windows application. It runs 100% offline and on-premises to guarantee your data never leaves your machine. However, the software lets you export standard, frame-accurate videos that you can share with anyone on any device.
Can I see 3D models of people, athletes, or animals?
Replay Table uses generic vehicle bodies and scalable, color-coded abstract markers. We do not use human or animal animations, as a photorealistic animal or person usually implies a level of physical precision that GPS tracking tags simply don't have.
Can my team and I view the 3D space together in a shared session?
No, Replay Table is a single-viewer desktop experience. The best way to collaborate is to use the built-in cinematic video export to generate a debrief film, or simply screen-share the desktop viewer on a team call.
