What will I receive?
Depending on your package, you will receive a fix for one agreed configuration issue or a working Hermes installation with a model connection and Telegram access. Setup packages include testing and handover instructions.
Can you install Hermes on my VPS or computer?
Yes, after checking your operating system, available resources and access. Each setup package covers one compatible machine. Local model hosting needs a separate hardware assessment.
Do I need to buy hosting?
You need a compatible computer or VPS. Hosting is not included. If you use a local computer, it must remain running and connected when you want the assistant or scheduled tasks available.
Can you connect Hermes to Telegram?
Yes. Standard and Premium include one Telegram bot, authorized-user access settings and message-response testing. You retain ownership of the bot and its account credentials.
Which AI model can I use?
I will check your preferred provider and model against your installed Hermes version. Setup includes one supported provider connection. Provider subscriptions, credits and usage charges are separate.
Can Hermes use a local LLM?
I can assess this as an extra service. Compatibility and performance depend on your hardware, model and serving software. Local model installation is not included in the listed packages.
Can you fix an existing Hermes installation?
Yes, for an agreed configuration issue. Send the error message and steps that trigger it first. I will assess whether it fits Basic or requires a larger investigation.
What automation is included in Premium?
