Bad CSS is invisible when it works and painful when it doesn't. Broken layouts on mobile, styles that override each other, animations that stutter I've seen all of it and I know how to fix it.
I write CSS by hand. No frameworks unless you specifically want them. Clean, commented, maintainable code that the next developer can actually read.

Do you work on existing websites or only new ones?
Both. I can fix and improve CSS on an existing site, or write it from scratch for a new project.
Do you use Tailwind, Bootstrap, or other frameworks?
I write vanilla CSS by default — clean and dependency-free. If you specifically need Tailwind or Bootstrap, I can work with those too.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your code (or the relevant CSS/HTML files) and a clear description of what needs to change or be built.
