1. How many revisions are included?
Every piece includes 2 revisions. If you need more, you can add extra revisions to your order.
2. What formats and sizes do you deliver?
Static posts and carousels come in 4:5 format (1:1 if you prefer), and stories come in vertical 9:16. Carousels have up to 5 slides and stories last up to 15 seconds.
3. What do you need from me to get started?
Your logo, brand colors and fonts if you have them, plus a short description of your business, your audience and the topics you want to cover.
4. Can I get the editable source files?
Source files are not included in the packages, but you can add them as an extra to your order.
5. Can you adapt the content to other platforms like TikTok or LinkedIn?
Yes. The packages cover Facebook and Instagram, and you can add more platforms as an extra.
6. Do you write the captions, publish for me or create a content plan?
The packages include the design of the pieces only. Writing captions, publishing on your accounts and a content plan with strategy are available as a separate service. Send me a message and we’ll find the best option for you.
