Can you build a new Shopify store and redesign an existing store?
Yes. I can create a new store or improve the design, structure and usability of an existing Shopify store.
What do you need before starting?
I need your brand assets, finalized text, product information, images, desired pages, references and Shopify collaborator access.
Are Shopify plans, themes and paid apps included?
No. Shopify subscriptions, domains, premium themes and paid third-party apps are purchased directly by the client.
Do you upload products?
Yes, up to the number included in your package. Product titles, descriptions, prices, variants and images must be provided in an organized format.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed design. New pages, features, products or a new creative direction are not revisions and require an extra or custom offer.
Is custom coding included?
Theme-level Liquid, CSS or section adjustments may be included where agreed. Custom apps, complex backend functions and extensive integrations require a custom offer.
Can you connect payments, shipping and the domain?
Yes. You must provide or verify the required accounts and approve the final payment, tax and shipping settings.
Is the website mobile friendly?
Yes. Every package includes responsive testing for desktop and mobile.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I provide 7 days of technical support for issues within the agreed project scope. Ongoing maintenance can be booked separately.
