This work focuses on the design and development of a comprehensive web system for managing, processing, and visualizing meteorological data from the GEAA network of stations. The system comprises three main components: a PostgreSQL relational database that consolidates meteorological information at three levels of processing (L0, L1, and L2); an interactive dashboard that allows for the dynamic visualization of meteorological variables through specialized graphs with filtering and export functionalities; and a geoportal that facilitates the spatial location of the stations, along with a real-time monitoring module. The developed platform provides the research group with a robust tool for analyzing atmospheric conditions, significantly contributing to studies characterizing the renewable energy potential in the province of Chimborazo. The system implements modern web development technologies and relational databases, ensuring scalability, security, and integrity in the handling of meteorological information.
