I'll build an enquiry workflow using Google Forms, Google Sheets and Apps Script, customized for your small business.
The package includes:
- One enquiry form with up to 10 simple questions.
- One styled tracking spreadsheet with enquiry statuses, email timestamps, wrapped text and clear borders.
- An automatic customer confirmation and notification to one business owner.
- One internal reminder for enquiries still marked "New" after 24 hours. Marking an enquiry "Responded" or "Closed" stops its reminder.
- Setup in your Google account, testing and written handover instructions.
- One revision round within the agreed scope.
The form feeds new submissions into the tracker. You stay in control of enquiry statuses and customer replies.
Delivery: 7 days. Communication is through Fiverr messages. You'll need to authorize the script in your Google account; no password sharing is required.

What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name, up to 10 form questions, preferred email wording, the owner's notification email address and any branding preferences. We'll confirm the workflow through Fiverr messages before setup.
Will this run in my own Google account?
Yes. Your form, spreadsheet and script will be set up in your account. I'll guide you through granting the required permissions and provide written instructions. You won't need to share your Google password.
How do the follow-up reminders work?
The owner receives one internal reminder at the next scheduled check after an enquiry has remained "New" for 24 hours. You manually mark enquiries "Responded" or "Closed" to stop pending reminders. The workflow does not automatically detect replies in your inbox.
What changes and support are included?
This package includes one revision round within the agreed scope, such as wording or styling adjustments. Your quote will specify any included support. Additional features, new workflows, and ongoing maintenance can be scoped and quoted separately.
Can you also automate PDF quotes or weekly reports?
Yes. PDF quote generation and weekly business reporting are available as separately scoped projects. This package covers the customer enquiry workflow. Message me with what you'd like to automate so I can confirm the scope and price.
Can we complete the project without a call?
Yes. Requirements, updates and feedback can be handled through Fiverr messages. I'll provide written setup and handover instructions, with screenshots where useful.
