Why is an SSL Certificate important?
An SSL Certificate is of vital importance because it encrypts your customers' personal data. Having a certificate means that the site is SECURE and RELIABLE and Google likes that. If you already have hosting and it issues ssl certificates, I will configure it.
Free or paid SSL Certificate - which is better?
One of the disadvantages of a free certificate (Let's encript or cPanel) is that it has an expiration date of 3 months. When they renew automatically, the website can go OFFLINE and are not supported. Paid certificates offer you 24/7 support and last for a year and offer more protection.
What kind of payment gateways do I work with?
I usually work with payment gateways such as Paypal, PayU, MercadoPago, WebPay (Transbank Chile). If you don't know any of these gateways or don't use them in your country, contact me first.
What does "responsive" mean and what would be the design of my online store?
Responsive means your website will fit smartphone devices, tablets, ipads, laptops and desktop monitors. The design and functionality are based on the use of templates/themes and plugins (free and paid). Please contact me first if you have any questions at this point.
What are the Legal page?
The special pages that an ecommerce must have are: PRIVACY POLICIES (cookie banners), TERMS AND CONDITIONS and FAQS. In case you do not have these pages, I will take care of writing them according to your country.
What does SEO-Onpage mean?
The SEO will be configured inside the website through a plugin, in addition to installing a Sitemap. Then it will be indexed to the main web search engines: Google and Bing so that it can be positioned in the searches.
What does "Corporate Mail Configuration" mean?
Your email will be: email@mydomain.com and I will configure it so that your emails arrive through tools like Thunderbird/Outlook, Gmail and Android/iOs App.
