Historical data entry, bank connections, inventory, unpaid invoices, macros and new features are outside this package.
The demo uses BRL. Contact me before ordering if you need another currency or a different scope.

FAQ
1. Is this a custom-built spreadsheet?
I personalize my existing cash book template with your business name, year, opening balance and up to 20 categories. A different layout or additional features require a separate agreement.
2. What do I need to provide?
Your business name or preferred label, the year, opening balance as of January 1, up to 20 category names and preferred language: English or Portuguese. Please confirm that you use Microsoft Excel 365 desktop on Windows.
3. Which software do I need?
Microsoft Excel 365 desktop on Windows. Compatibility with Google Sheets, Excel for Mac, Excel for the web or older versions is not included. No macros are required.
4. What are the workbook's limits?
One calendar year, one account or cash box, 500 transactions and 20 editable categories. It records money actually received or paid. It does not track unpaid invoices, future payments or inventory.
5. Does the package include all the necessary formulas?
Yes. All formulas needed for the complete template are included, including those repeated across transaction rows. The package covers template setup, not a service to create 10 additional custom formulas.
6. Will you enter or import my transactions?
No. You receive the configured workbook and enter your own transactions. Historical data entry, cleaning and imports are outside this package. Instructions are included, and we can communicate through Fiverr messages without a call.
7. Can I edit the categories later?
Yes. The category dropdown updates automatically in alphabetical order. If you rename a category already used in transactions, update those entries too. You can also edit the business name, year and opening balance.
8. What does the included revision cover?
One revision round covers adjustments to the agreed setup, such as category labels or the business name. New features, extra accounts and layout redesigns require a separate agreement. Errors in my delivery are corrected without using your revision.
9. Which currency does the workbook use?
The demonstration uses BRL, the Brazilian real. Please contact me before ordering if you need another currency so we can agree on the setup. The workbook uses one currency and does not convert exchange rates.
10. Does the closing balance show my profit?
No. It shows your opening balance plus money received, minus money paid. Owner contributions and withdrawals also affect it. This is a cash record, not a profit calculation or a tax return.
