We use PlanSwift for takeoff and markups, and Excel for the BOQ, pricing and bid summary. You receive editable files.
Q3. Is pricing included?
Yes. We use your supplier and labor rates if shared, otherwise current market rates for your project location.
Q4. How accurate is your takeoff?
Every takeoff is reviewed by an electrical engineer and cross-checked against panel schedules, the SLD and riser drawings before delivery.
Q5. Do you estimate HVAC or plumbing?
No. This service covers the electrical scope only. HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers and other mechanical trades are not included.
