I will produce an initial model to be presented to the client with a view to discover and communicate specifically and completely what remains to be accomplished and what needs to be changed from this initial model. At this point I need to be paid 1/3 of the total funds agreed upon.
I will produce a semi-finished model to be judged by the client for the same model's fulfillment of the criteria already agreed upon. This should clear the way for the efficient production of the final model. At this point (the completion of the semi-finished model) I need to be paid an additional 1/3 of the total funds agreed upon.
I will deliver the finished model. At which time I need the balance of the total funds agreed upon.
