Can I manage courses and students myself after handover?
Yes. Everything you touch day to day, courses, lessons, students and fees, is managed from an admin panel rather than the code. I hand over a walkthrough showing where each thing lives. You should never need me to add a student.
Can you build a multi tenant platform for many schools?
Yes, that is the Premium package. Each school or tutor gets their own subdomain and their own separated data, all running on one codebase you deploy once. More work up front, far cheaper than a separate system per client.
Can parents or guardians get their own login?
Yes. Guardians see the schedule, attendance, lesson materials and the fee ledger for their own student only. In practice this is often the feature that decides whether a school actually adopts the platform.
Do you handle course payments?
I integrate the gateway you already use, or a standard one such as Stripe or PayPal, set up in your name so payments land directly in your account. I never route client money through mine.
What if I already have an LMS and only need changes?
Message me first with what you are running. If Moodle or an off the shelf platform already does most of what you need, customising it is cheaper than a rebuild, and I will tell you so rather than sell you a new system.
