Founded Hechura (hechura.mx), a custom software studio in Mexico. I design, build and support tailor-made systems for small and medium businesses: responsive websites, cloud POS/ERP systems with multi-location inventory, AI assistants for WhatsApp, web chat and phone calls, and mobile apps. Featured project: a custom POS + CRM for Kairos, a fragrance retail store in Mexico City, live in production before the store opened (barcode checkout, blind cash reconciliation, supplier balances, loyalty points and real-time owner dashboard).
