Sheet metal product developed through reverse engineering and optimized for laser cutting and CNC bending processes. The design includes welded components, polished finishes, threaded inserts and fastening systems. Real manufacturing experience (laser cutting & bending) I also developed custom tooling and assembly jigs to improve manufacturing efficiency and ensure accurate production. The project was managed from the design stage to production control, guaranteeing a reliable and manufacturing-ready solution.
