Hi there! My name is Juan Cruz, I'm an architect with 4+ years of experience in the architectural visualization field and it'll be a pleasure to assist you!

I will help you create a three dimensional representation of your architectural design by 3D modeling. Using 3D modeling for architectural construction and design allows the architect to make constant changes as the 3D model is developed and apply variations to suit the clients' requirements. This results in not only a better finished design but also a more efficient utilization of the materials used. By using Sketchup I will bring your project's design to life.

What will I need from you?

• 2D Drawings - Floor plans - Sketches (AutoCAD file would be the best option, but PDFS will also work).

I always use groups, components, and layers to make the model easy to edit and clean, which is very useful later on for renders, floor plans, etc.
